THE 2025 SERVICE CHARTER HAS BEEN PUBLISHED: AVAILABLE IN EXTRACT VERSION IN STATIONS AND STOPS AND AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE

Travellers are advised that the 2025 Service Charter was published on 26 March.

A source of information on transport services, suggestions, proposals, complaints, the new Service Charter can be consulted and downloaded from the company website https://www.ferrovienordbarese.it/service/card-services
It is also available, upon request, at the Secretariat of the Directorate General for Transport;
It is also available, in extract version (Italian and English), at the ticket offices of stations and stops.
